barre teacher training

Our Barre Teacher Training includes 45 hours of education with practice teaching & 10 hours of class participation. Tuition also includes a complimentary unlimited membership with Amethyst Studio during the training to help with these participation hours!
 
Curriculum Includes:

• Anatomy Overview + Injury Prevention

• Barre Exercise Breakdown

• Formatting + Sequencing

• Teaching Methodology

• Pre + Post Natal Modifications

• Trauma Informed Teaching

• Business of Teaching Barre

 

In addition to these learning these topics, there will a large emphasis on application through practice teaching in a small group setting. The class size will be limited to 10 students to ensure the environment is conducive for this experiential learning!

Spring 2026 Dates: 

• Weekend 1: 3/7 + 3/8

• Weekend 2: 3/14 + 3/15

• Weekend 3: 3/28 + 3/29

• Weekend 4: 4/4 + 4/5
